The Canadian Coast Guard (CCG) wishes to proceed with construction work to raise the access roads to its telecommunications infrastructures located on its Natashquan site. The existing access roads are submerged under water. This makes it difficult for CCG personnel to maintain the equipment. CCG wishes to award a contract to a General Contractor whose scope includes the design of the backfill for raising the existing roads, as well as the execution of the work. The Contractor will be responsible for supplying the labour, machinery and materials required to complete the work. Work must be fully completed by March 31, 2024.
