9 Aug 2024 -- New leadership at PEO DHMS is evaluating the strategic direction for the organization. It is anticipated some the requirement for software development and design will still be needed by PEO DHMS, but it will not be clear enough to issue a solicitation until we do more analysis. Accordingly, for planning purposes, industry should not consider this an FY24 requirement. We plan to provide updated information early in FY 2025. Thank you for the participation to date. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 23 Jan 2024 -- Good afternoon. I have had several inquiries about the status of the DevMAC Reboot. I am diligently working on getting the documents completed and the appropriate approvals. I am anticipating within the next 30 days there will be some additional movement I'll be able to share with industry. A new SAM.gov entry will need to be created so I can add the solicitation number, but will post back in here with the solicitation number as well. Thank you for your input to date and your continued inquiries to the effort. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 2 Jan 2024 -- Due to several requests, extending the date to provide submissions to RFI2 request to Jan 9, 2024 at 1400 (2:00 PM) eastern. 18 Dec 2023 A new request for industry feedback is being requested to support evaluation criteria focused on communication and user experience. Please see attachment titled DevMAC Reboot_Eval Criteria_Final. Due to the holiday's it is requested this response be submitted by Jan 5, 2024 at 0800, Proprietary information may be submitted; however, RFI respondents are responsible for adequately marking proprietary, restricted or competition sensitive information contained in their response. If a submission is marked, it will be protected from disclosure outside of Government personnel, unless permission is granted for Government support contractors to view the material. The following companies and individual employees are bound contractually by Organizational Conflict of Interest and disclosure clauses with respect to proprietary information, and they will take all reasonable action necessary to preclude unauthorized use or disclosure of an RFI respondent's proprietary data. RFI responses MUST clearly state whether permission is granted allowing the support contractors identified below access to any proprietary information. Boston Consluting Group (BCG) ZYGOS Consulting Andrew Morgan Consulting, LLC Greenlight Analytic, LLC Itero Group, LLC ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ 1 Dec 2023 Based upon some additional clarification needed, the powerpoint (DevMAC Reboot_Final_v2_1) slide #4 was updated. For those that have already provided a response, this should not impact the response received to date. Proprietary information may be submitted; however, RFI respondents are responsible for adequately marking proprietary, restricted or competition sensitive information contained in their response. Boston Consluting Group (BCG) Andrew Morgan Consulting, LLC Greenlight Analytic, LLC Itero Group, LLC ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Nov 28, 2023 (Update) -- due to several requests, extending the date to provide submissions to the RFI request to Dec 5, 2023 at 0800 am eastern. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Nov 21 2023 (Update) -- I apologize, the DevMAC PDF brief did not have the correct page numbers on it. I have provided an updated brief in the attachments with the correct page numbers. Please use the DevMAC Reboot Final_v2 with the correct slide numbers. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The Development Multiple Award Contract (DevMAC) Reboot is a critical component of the Defense Healthcare Management System (DHMS) Program Executive Office (PEO) 3.0 digital transformation strategy, focused on producing teams of effective builders composing a world-class technology organization, well suited to adapt and evolve with the rapidly changing and on-demand environment around the Defense and Health ecosystem. The DevMAC aims to give the government access to a pool of elite technologists and a flexible marketplace for industry partners, developers, engineers, and more, ready to swarm on critical issues facing DHMS today. DHMS-Contracting Division (CD) is not seeking or accepting unsolicited proposals for this requirement. This notice should not be construed as a commitment of any type by the Government to take or not take any action. Please note DHMS-CD will not be responsible for any costs incurred by any entity which provides and/or attempts to provide information in response to this synopsis. Please review the attached data and then provide responses back leveraging Attachment 1 and Attachment 2 by Nov 29, 2023 by 5:00 PM EST. Please keep responses to only the information requested. The targetted responses will be used to create a notaional task order strategy. Once that is developed we will then start workong on finishing the Scope and Ordering Guide, Pricing Strategy, and Evaluation Criteria. Once again, the Government is trying to accelerate this effort. The Government does not plan to post Questions and Answers. The Government wioll review comments submitted to continue to develop the RFP. Industry will have a chance to review draft documents as they are developed and offer comments at that time. If the Government determines there is an area not clear to a large segment of industry, we will post communications to provide clarity or seek more feedback. Finally, more details concerning the milestone schedule will be provided at a later date.
