This document represents an invitation to Bidders to submit their proposals to the Standards Council of Canada (SCC) for SCC is seeking a Supplier to develop a Technical Specification (TS) for the priority area: Development of Technical Guidance to Advance Surface Temperature and Air Temperature Mapping in Canada. This project, led by the Standards Council of Canada (SCC) and Health Canada (HC), will support the development of technical guidance to advance UHI mapping in Canada. This project will involve compiling best practice methodologies and data requirements for developing: • surface temperature maps, and • air temperature maps.
