Development Permit Application No. P25-03345 was filed by Sangha Carrier (Project Applicant). The Project Applicant proposes to construct a truck parking facility with a 20,440-square-foot enclosed truck wash and service building with office, a 150-stall truck parking lot, and a 453-unit mini-storage facility with an office and caretakers’ residence. The proposed project would result in the development of a truck parking facility with associated uses and infrastructure on the project site, as well as a 453-unit mini-storage facility and caretaker’s residence associated with the storage facility. The proposed project would be constructed in three phases, described below. Figure 3 shows the project site plan. • Phase 1 of the project would include an 8,200-square-foot enclosed truck service facility, including an office and designated truck service parking. Phase 1 would also include a portion of the incidental proposed truck parking stalls. • Phase 2 of the project would result in the development of an 11,900-square-foot enclosed truck wash facility, which would include an office and dedicated truck wash parking. Phase 2 would also complete the remaining incidental truck parking, bringing the total to 150 truck parking stalls, including 15 covered spaces. Phase 2 would also include a 4,000-square-foot security office and a two-story office that is on the southeast corner of the project site. • Phase 3 of the project would construct a 453-unit storage facility, a 4,000-square-foot office, and a 1,095-square-foot caretaker’s residence for the personal storage facility.
