The State of Utah’s Division of Facilities Construction and Management is soliciting bids for a paint contract at Bridgerland Technical College’s Main Campus in Logan, Utah, focusing on the west facade of the building, with an optional additive alternate to paint the northwest wall. Only four pre-invited contractors are eligible to participate, and attendance at the mandatory pre-bid meeting on July 28, 2026, is required for consideration. The project has a stated construction cost estimate of $149,999 and will be awarded using a lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) methodology, meaning the lowest responsive and responsible bid that meets all technical and compliance requirements will be selected. Contractors must certify they are not debarred, not using forced labor products, and are not restricted foreign entities as defined by Utah Code 63G-6a-121.
