RFI Amendment 0005 June 02, 2017 Based on extensive market research over the past several months, we have determined that the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Program Management, Administrative, Operations (Clerical), and Technical Services II (PACTS II) Contract, Functional Category 1 is the best vehicle to compete this procurement under. We will not be using GSA OASIS or a GSA Federal Supply Schedule. We appreciate your overwhelming response to this RFI and encourage you to keep checking FBO for new and upcoming procurements.
