DEPARTMENT OF HOMELAND SECURITY (DHS) ENTERPRISE FINANCIAL SYSTEM INTEGRATOR (EFSI)& ENTERPRISE FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (EFiMS) READING ROOM In preparation for the EFSI and EFiMS solicitation releases, "For Official Use Only" (FOUO) documents and other relevant documents are being placed into EFSI and EFiMS Reading Rooms to provide industry an opportunity to review the documentation prior to the closing date of each solicitation. Due to the sensitive nature of some of the documentation being provided, vendors requesting access to the Reading Rooms will be required to complete DHS Non-Disclosure Forms. The documentation content in both the EFSI and EFiMS Reading Rooms is the same. Location The EFSI and EFiMS Reading Rooms are located at: The Department of Homeland Security GSA Regional Office Building 301 7th St SW Washington, DC 20410 Availability The Reading Rooms will be available weekdays, beginning Monday, September 16, 2019 through Friday, November 8, 2019, from 10:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. Advance Registration and Appointment Confirmation is required: The following rules apply to the EFiMS & EFSI Reading Rooms: � Appointments will be made in 60-minute increments. � Access to the Reading Rooms is strictly limited to vendors who have submitted registration requests not less than 48-hours in advance of their desired reservation time, and have received written appointment confirmation via email from the Office of Procurement Operations prior to their requested reservation time. � EFSI Reading Room reservation requests must be sent via email only to EFSI-SI@hq.dhs.gov. � EFiMS Reading Room reservation requests must be sent via email only to EFiMS-SW@hq.dhs.gov. � No telephone reservation requests will be accepted, and no response to voice mail will be provided. � Reservations will be confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis. � The number of vendor representatives permitted access to the Reading Rooms is limited to not more than four (4) company representatives. � Due to the sensitive nature of some of the documentation, Vendors requesting appointments to the Reading Rooms must complete, sign, and submit DHS Non-Disclosure Forms with their reservation request. � Upon arrival at the building location, vendors must be prepared to show a Government-issued identification such as a Driver's License and a company-issued identification (i.e, company badge).
