This is a pre-solicitation. This work includes providing One (1) Separator Body Mod. II, Four (4) Blow-By Elbows, Two (2) Particle Orifice Rings, Two (2) Protector Rings, Two (2) Downstream Liners, 100% Inspection report for each part, Certificate of Compliance, Required documentation noted in part drawings. Potential bidders/Contractors must be actively registered on the Defense Logistics Agency Information Service, U.S./Canada Joint Certification Program (JCP). The solicitation document contains information that has been designated as "Militarily Critical Technical Data." Only businesses that have been certified by the Department of Defense, United States/Canada Joint Certification Office, and have a legitimate business purpose may obtain a copy of the solicitation document which will be available by download from the FBO website (www.fbo.gov) , if an active certification is valid. all requests for access to the solicitation document must include a certified copy of the DD Form 2345, Military Critical Technical Data Agreement. Please register to be notified of RFP amendments. It is the responsibility of the contractor to check the FBO website frequently to ensure they have all available and applicable information. RELEASE OF TECHNICAL DATA PACKAGE INFORMATION: This procurement includes information that has been designated as " Distribution C" and is only releasable to the U.S. Government agencies and their contractors. Furthermore, the drawings for the Area Parts contain technical data whose export is restricted by the Arms Export Control Act or the Export Administration Act. In order to receive export controlled technical data, please adhere to the instructions provided below for certification. Information concerning how to register for the Joint Certification Program is available at https://www.logisticsinformaionservice.dla.mil/jcp/default.aspx.
