The Central New York Regional Transportation Authority (“CNYRTA” or “Authority”) is requesting bids from professional organizations to provide a Replacement Diesel Tank – Utica. Individuals or firms who desire to submit a Bid may download the “Invitation for Bid Package” from centro.bonfirehub.com. A pre-bid walkthrough is scheduled for January 30, 2025 @ 11:00AM EST at the Centro of Oneida Facility, 185 Leland Ave., Utica, NY 13502. RSVP is requested by January 29, 2025. Bids must be received via centro.bonfirehub.com no later than 1:00 PM EST on February 11, 2025, at which time bids will be opened publicly. Late submittals will not be accepted or considered for award. Firms wishing to submit Bids do so entirely at their own risk. There is not an express or implied obligation on the part of the CNYRTA to reimburse responding firms for any expenses incurred in preparing and submitting Bids in response to this request. The CNYRTA reserves the right to reject any and all Bids for any reason. Bids received within the confines of the due date will remain in effect sixty (60) days from the due date. All Bidders will be required to certify that they are not on the Comptroller General’s List of Ineligible Contractors.
