The contract is a firm-fixed-price purchase order requiring a single equipment unit to be delivered to Independence National Historical Park in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, with all deliveries subject to FOB destination terms and mandatory compliance with the receiving site’s strict shipping, scheduling, and off-loading protocols. The chipper must meet detailed technical specifications including a 125-horsepower Tier 4 FINAL diesel engine with an NACD spring-loaded clutch, a Murphy PV485 control panel with reversing auto feed, a 37-inch diameter by 22-inch wide drum, and a heavy-duty 33.5-inch high by 64-inch wide tapered infeed hopper.
