This procurement is a three-year requirements contract for the supply of Differential Gear Units and Transaxle Assemblies under NSNs 2520-01-714-1332 and 2520-01-714-1294 respectively, with a minimum requirement of 39 and 221 units over the contract period and a good-faith estimated maximum of 270 and 675 units, manufactured to part numbers 12613236 and 12610748 by CAGE 19207. The contract is structured as an Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) with firm fixed-price terms, requiring delivery FOB destination and full compliance with military packaging and marking standards including MIL-STD-2073-1E, MIL-STD-129 Revision R, and MIL-STD-130 for Unique Item Identification (UII). First Article Testing is mandatory unless waived, with waiver requests subject to approval and cost implications factored into pricing. The solicitation incorporates a reverse auction provision requiring bidders to be registered on the DLA ProcureX system and to have completed mandatory online training prior to participation. All items must be manufactured and inspected at origin under Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) oversight, with acceptance occurring prior to shipment. Packaging must meet Level A requirements, with wood packaging materials heat-treated per ISPM-15 standards and marked accordingly.
