Radio Frequency Power 18:1 Divider/CombinerThe United States Government is conducting market research to identify qualified sources capable of designing and producing an S-Band Radio Frequency Power 18:1 Divider/Combiner (RFPDC), a specialized component critical to advanced communication and radar systems. This effort is not a solicitation for bids or proposals but a voluntary information-gathering process to inform future acquisition decisions. Respondents are encouraged to submit technical capabilities and company information via a Contractor Capability Survey, which will help the government assess industry readiness, potential competition, and the suitability of proposed solutions. No funds are available to cover response preparation costs, and submission does not guarantee any future contract award. Small and large businesses are both invited to participate, with particular emphasis on small businesses providing detailed responses about their capabilities and any teaming arrangements, joint ventures, or subcontracting partnerships that would enable them to meet the full requirement. Subcontracting intentions and evidence of collaborator commitments—such as letters or emails outlining roles and responsibilities—are strongly encouraged but not mandatory. Small businesses are also asked to identify any portions of the work they believe should be set aside exclusively for small business participation.
