Digital Computer system for Turbine Engine

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a Digital Computer for a High Altitude Electromagnetic Pulse Shelter in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement. (Please see the attached Performance Work Statement for detailed instructions.) This notice is in accordance with the format in FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This commercial solicitation is issued as a request for quote using Simplified Acquisition Procedures in FAR Part 13. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-17. It is the contractor's responsibility to be familiar with applicable clauses and provisions. This acquisition will be 100% Small Business set-aside.
