Requirement
This bid solicitation is being issued to satisfy the requirement of the Health Canada (the "Client") for Task-Based Informatics Professional Services (TBIPS) under the TBIPS Supply Arrangement (SA) method of supply. This requirement is for the provision of Informatics professional services to develop and implement new or enhance the current standards and solutions for Canadian health credentials.
The Resource Categories described below are required on an as and when requested basis:
A1 Application/Software Architect (Level 3); A6 Programmer/Software Developer (Level 3); A8 System Analyst (Level 3); A11 Tester (Level 2); A12 Web Architect (Level 3); A14 Programmers Web Developer (Level 2); A15 Web Graphic Designer (Level 2); A16 Mobile Multi-media Content Consultant (Level 3); I1 Data Conversion Specialist (Level 3); I4 Database Modeller (Level 3); I5 Information Management Architect ( Level 3); I10 Technology Architect (Level 3); I10 Technology Architect (Mobile)(Level 3); B1 Business Analyst (Level 3); B7 Business Transformation Architect (Level 3); and P2 Enterprise Architect (Level 3); P7 Project Coordinator (Level 2); P9 Project Manager (Level 3); P10 Project Scheduler (Level 2); P11 Quality Assurance Specialist/Analyst (Level 2); P12 Risk Management Specialist (Level 3); C3 Security Threat and Risk Assessment and Certification and Accreditation Analyst (Level 3); C5 Public Key Infrastructure Specialist (Level 3); and C7 Information Technology Security Design Specialist (Level 3).
It is intended to result in the award of one (1) contract, for five (5) months plus three (3) one-year irrevocable options allowing Canada to extend the term of the contract.

This bid solicitation allows bidders to use the epost Connect service provided by Canada Post Corporation to transmit their bid electronically. To submit a bid using epost Connect service, the Bidder must either i) send directly its bid only to the specified PWGSC Bid Receiving Unit, using its own licensing agreement for epost Connect provided by Canada Post Corporation; or ii) if the Bidder does not have its own licensing agreement for epost Connect, they will have to request to open an epost Connect conversation by emailing PWGSC Bid Receiving Unit at tpsgc.dgareceptiondessoumissions-abbidreceiving.pwgsc@tpsgc-pwgsc.gc.ca
