U.S. Customs and Border Protection operates mission systems supporting enforcement, trade, operational processing, data exchange, and employee and external user workflows. The Digital Mission Enablement (DIME) IDIQ will provide, through task orders, a flexible and scalable vehicle to modernize mission applications, data capabilities, interfaces, and supporting technology across relevant CBP mission areas. The objectives are to provide a Common, Data-Driven Mission Modernization Framework utilizing SUEMO capabilities as the model for modernization, including data ingestion, normalization and integration, AI-enabled analytics, machine-learning, workflow automation, decision support, and interactive application development. DIME will improve interoperability and user experience of CBP Mission Systems through standards-based integration, metadata, APIs, and interoperability practices; and provide iterative software development, DevSecOps, cloud-native engineering, deployment, transition, and operations and maintenance support. Phase III SBIR/STTR Contract IDIQ Award — Contractor is the successor-in-interest to the SUEMO Phase I SBIR award and is eligible for a direct award under the program.
Acquisition Strategy: SBIR Phase III Award.
