The scope of work required under this request includes: Creating and executing a customized digital marketing plan to maximize outreach to key audiences for the Sarnia-Lambton Apprenticeship Matching Tool www.sarnialambtonapprentice.ca , deliver performance metrics such as impressions and engagement, dedicate a campaign manager to monitor and adjust techniques accordingly, and provide regular reporting and analytics Planning and creation of programmatic and paid search marketing, and supplemental content development of digital graphics and written social media posts beginning October 31, 2022.Programmatic marketing and paid search marketing of digital graphics and social media posts developed by the Bidder, along with videos and written profiles to be provided by the Economic Partnership, for a duration of approximately six months, beginning Monday, October 31, 2022 and ending Monday, May 1, 2023.Distribute available budget for paid advertisements across multiple channels and key programmatic platforms including but not limited to social media, websites, and mobile applications.Distribute available budget for paid advertisements across multiple devices including but not limited to mobile phones, tablets, and personal computers.Work with the Economic Partnership to identify and target key audiences for each individual piece of pre-developed content, revising as needed.Track and provide written reports of the efficacy of all programmatic and paid search marketing efforts to the Economic Partnership on a weekly basis.The project will have a maximum budget of $50,000 HST (Canadian Dollars)Project to commence work on Monday, October 24, 2022.Project to complete work on Monday, May 1, 2023.
