The Air Force is seeking a digital signage system under solicitation FA9401-26-Q-0143 to enable simultaneous updates of monitors across SYD89 campus buildings for the purpose of notifying, directing, and welcoming VIPs, as well as identifying senior leadership areas and personnel. This is a brand-name requirement specifying Uniguest equipment, including one CMS-PA-25 player system with an annual Advanced Uniguest Service Pack and warranty, and fourteen NTB-4K-10-0 multi-zone player-only media boxes, along with a three-year license for Service Advanced OL – Uniquest Service Pack 1 and fourteen LIC-DS-CH-OL-Multi Onelan SoC Licenses for multi-zone functionality. The system must deliver real-time information on operational readiness, exercises, launch status, and VIP arrivals. The solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation with a firm fixed price structure, and the contract is designated as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside, requiring offerors to certify their small business status along with woman-owned, veteran-owned, and SAM registration details.
