The Air Force Test Center (AFTC) Contracting Directorate, Specialized Contracting (PZIE), (previously Air Armament Center (AAC), Contracting Directorate), located at 205 West D Avenue, Suite 414, Eglin Air Force Base, FL, 32542, has awarded a new sole-source Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) contract to SRI International, located at 333 Ravenswood Avenue, Menlo Park, CA 94025-3453. This contract is for software, hardware, design, technical support, and data deliveries in support of the 46th Test Wing's Digital Video Laboratory system. The effort will provide the DVL program office with the software and firmware expertise and facilities to facilitate design, development, and test of DVL capabilities for use by operational urgent need customers and the test community. Subject contract was awarded with a five year basic ordering period and a maximum dollar value of $230M. The Government solicited and negotiated with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 (Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements).
