This solicitation is issued by the159th Fighter Wing, NAS JRB - New Orleans, Belle Chasse, LA as a sole-source procurement to AT&T MOBILITY NATIONAL ACCOUNTS LLC under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 for the procurement of Direct SIP Trunking


While the Government intends to award a sole-source contract for this requirement, this solicitation is open to all responsible sources.  Any interested vendor may submit a formal proposal in response to this solicitation.  The Government will evaluate all proposals received prior to the closing date and time specified in this solicitation.
