The Ohio National Guard (OHARNG) owns and operates a DirecTV based cable headend system.  The OHARNG maintains a service contract with DirecTV for television services. Facilitating this service provider is a requirement. The core components of the headend system are failing and require replacement. The OHARNG requires the procurement of the following line items.


1: Quantity of 4 (four) - HDMI MPEG2 digital video encoders specification to match ZeeVee Hdbridge HDb2840-NA 4-CH


2: Quantity 16 (sixteen) - DirecTV receivers specifications to match DIRECTV H26 RECEIVER.


3: Quantity 1 (one) - Off-air ATSC to QAM modulator specifications to match DT-ATSC-QAM-8V2 Off-Air ATSC Over Air signal modulator, to DIRECTV six line trunk amp.


4: Quantity 1 (one) - Line amps  DIRECTV SWM 30, new DirecTV receivers and SWM amps as necessary for coax distribution.


 5: Quantity 2 (two) - Rack shelf for tuners, RACK SHELF H26, new rack shelves for new DirecTV receivers and SWM amps as necessary for coax distribution.


Installation services: The OHARNG  requires the installation of above components and integration into the existing Cable TV headend system. Installation services must include new rack shelves for new DirecTV receivers and SWM amps as necessary for coax distribution. The requirement includes replacement of all ZeeVee 2540 modulators with new ZeeVee 2840 HD input modulators (or matching specification equipment) and program with new H26 DIRECTV HD receivers. Replace ATSC antenna modulators and program off air signals. Setup off-air channels and integrate with DirecTV channel lineup. Balance outputs to appropriately service building coax distribution network.
