84 Radar Evaluation Squadron (RADES) Support
Solicitation # FA489010062026
The 84th Radar Evaluation Squadron (84 RADES) Combined Support Services contract, solicitation FA489010062026, seeks a provider to deliver comprehensive management and skilled labor to support radar-centric planning, optimization, and evaluation at Hill Air Force Base, Utah. The scope of work includes software sustainment for mission-critical applications, radar technical advisor and analyst services for complex sensor evaluations, information technology and cybersecurity support, and administrative travel coordination. The primary objective is to ensure the Warfighter has a responsive and sensitive integrated radar picture through technical guidance, test measurement, and system condition analysis. The anticipated award date is February 1, 2027, with a base performance period from May 1, 2027, to April 30, 2028, and four optional twelve-month extensions. Due to the sensitive nature of the mission, all contractor employees must be US citizens with at least a Secret security clearance, while specific roles such as Radar Technical Advisors and Senior Systems Engineers require Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearances and Special Access Program (SAP) read-ins. Performance will be monitored by the Contracting Officer Representative, with specific quality thresholds established for software sustainment to prevent incomplete or inaccurate deliverables.
