THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. The 188th Fighter Wing, Arkansas Air National Guard, 4850 Leigh Avenue, Fort Smith AR, intends to award a sole-source firm fixed contract in accordance with Far Subpart 19.8(b) under the expressed authority of 15 U.S.C. 637(a). The Air National Guard has a requirement for contract personnel to manage/maintain the Disaster Relief Beddown System for 188th Fighter Wing, Civil Engineering Squadron. The Government intends to make a sole source 8(a) award to Native Energy & Technology, Inc., NAICS Code is 561210. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) AND NO SOLICITATION IS AVAILABLE. Any response to this notice must provide clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government in future procurements.
