1. Background and Objective:

The F-16 European Participating Air Forces (EPAF) Test Program, located at Edwards Air Force Base (AFB) in California, has a requirement for the disposal of Cartridge and Propellant Actuated Devices (CAD/PAD). The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform the pickup, transportation, and certified destruction/disposal of these assets.

2. Scope of Work:

The task involves the following primary activities:

Physical pickup of materials from the designated installation at Edwards AFB, CA.
Secure transportation to an authorized and designated disposal facility.
Certified destruction and disposal of all units in accordance with applicable environmental and safety regulations.
