The proposed contract action is for mineral water bottle and hydra-jet disrupters. The following items are being sought: 16 each .5 L MWB Disrupters, 8 each 2.6 L MWB Disrupter, 8 each 1.5 L MWB Disrupter, 8 each 32 oz Hydra-Jet Disrupter, 8 each 64 oz Hydra-Jet Disrupter, 1each 128 oz Hydra-Jet Disrupter. The government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. Cherry Engineering, Inc is the sole manufacturer and sole source supplier of these bomb disablement tools. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES.
