The Air National Guard (ANG) invites industry partners that have current Live-Virtual-Constructive (LVC) Operational Training Infrastructure (OTI) capabilities to attend an Open House event on 13 March 2017 at the ANG's Distributed Training Operations Center in Des Moines, Iowa. The purpose of the event is to clearly communicate the ANG's near and long-term vision for Operational Training using blended and synthetic capabilities. The Open House will be approximately four hours long and each industry partner may send up to two individuals. All attendees must have a current SECRET clearance, which will be verified prior to the event. This event is not associated with any current or projected contract solicitation/action. To RSVP, send the following information to Mr. Jeremy Roberts, Contract Negotiator, jeremy.roberts.12@us.af.mil, (937) 255-3700 by 02 March 2017 (2;00PM EST): 1) company name; 2) individuals who will be attending; 3) telephone and email contact information; and 4) a brief (250 words or less) description of current blended and/or synthetic Operational Training capabilities. RSVPs are mandatory. Individuals who do not RSVP will not be admitted to the installation. More specific information (maps, instructions for security clearance validation, etc.) will be sent to attendees following receipt of their RSVP.
