MFMP Transaction Fee: All payment(s) to the vendor resulting from this competitive solicitation WILL be subject to the MFMP Transaction Fee in accordance with the referenced Form PUR 1000 General Contract Condition #7d. The Transaction Fees imposed shall be based upon the date of issuance of the payment. Scrutinized Companies Lists All responses, regardless of dollar value, must include a completed Vendor Certification Regarding Scrutinized Companies Lists to certify the respondent is not on either of those lists.
