The District will not be responsible for the pre-opening of, post-opening of, or failure to open a proposals not properly submitted or identified. Proposals s shall be in the actual possession of the District on or prior to the exact time and date indicated above. Late proposals shall not be considered.
One (1) electronic Proposal is requested (multiple options may be submitted in proposal). Proposals in response to this solicitation shall be submitted electronically and received on or before the due date and time indicated above. Additional instructions for preparing a proposal are provided herein. Physical, faxed or emailed proposals are not acceptable.
