Distro Depot, Inc.

The Department of Cannabis Control has approved a distributor commercial cannabis license for Distro Depot, Inc., submitted on May 28, 2024. The project is located at 36650 Sunair Plaza in Cathedral City, Riverside County, within the CBP-2 Commercial Business Park Zoning district. The site consists of approximately 20,900 square feet and includes two existing buildings. The scope of the project involves the removal of cannabis cultivation and the continuation of manufacturing, while establishing new cannabis distribution and non-storefront delivery dispensary uses. The project has been granted a Class 1 Categorical Exemption under CCR Section 15301, as the Department of Cannabis Control determined that the activities involve negligible or no expansion of use beyond existing conditions. This regulatory action follows the original 2017 approval for cultivation and manufacturing at the site.
