This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.



Solicitation number N0060426Q4023 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) for DIVERS LIFE SUPPORT SYSTEM (DLSS) MAINTENANCE SERVICES in support of Explosive Ordnance Disposal Group One (EODGRU1), San Diego, California.



This acquisition is set aside for small business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov.



The 2022 NAICS code is 541380 (Testing Laboratories and Services) All Other Miscellaneous Schools and Instruction) and the Small Business Standard is $19.0 million. This requirement is restricted to small business firms and will result in a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) purchase order (PO). The Office of Small Business Programs concurs with the small business set-aside acquisition strategy.



The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center, Pearl Harbor (FLCPH) Regional Contracting Office requests responses from qualified small business sources capable of providing DLSS maintenance service requirements in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS) and PWS Attachment 1, DLSS Service Parts List (Attachments 2 and 3).
