Solicitation # HR001126RE007
The Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) is soliciting Commercial Solutions Proposals (CSPs) under solicitation HR001126RE007 to transition DARPA-funded research and development into practical military and civilian capabilities. A central component of this effort is the Embedded Entrepreneurship Initiative (EEI), which aims to pair technical performer teams with experienced business talent to accelerate commercialization, reduce business risk, and attract private investment. The program focuses on developing value propositions, conducting competitive and techno-economic analyses, and creating comprehensive commercialization and intellectual property strategies. While there is no formal ceiling, DARPA highly encourages base proposals to be limited to 350,000 dollars or less to expedite the evaluation and award process. Proposals are evaluated based on their potential contribution to the DARPA mission, commercialization readiness, and price fairness, though they are not ranked against one another.
