DKPH Intranet Development Project

DeKalb Public Health is soliciting a qualified contractor to design, develop, and implement a modern employee intranet using its existing WordPress platform, serving approximately 350 users across twelve divisions. The intranet will act as a centralized digital hub for internal communications, document storage, employee resources, forms, training materials, and cross-departmental collaboration, replacing outdated systems with a secure, mobile-responsive interface that integrates seamlessly with Microsoft 365 and Entra ID for authentication and productivity tools. The contractor will be responsible for migrating relevant content, documents, and resources from the current SharePoint environment to the new platform, ensuring data integrity and accessibility throughout the transition. The project requires a solution that prioritizes usability, security, and scalability while aligning with the agency’s existing technology infrastructure. All work must be completed in accordance with the solicitation guidelines and delivered by the response deadline of July 16, 2026. Proposals should demonstrate experience with WordPress-based intranets, Microsoft 365 integrations, and content migration from SharePoint, with a clear methodology for stakeholder engagement, testing, and user adoption.
