This contract involves the acquisition of 161 National Stock Numbers (NSNs) as outlined in the contract synopsis, along with all other DLA-managed, consumable NSNs for which Raytheon Technologies is the sole approved supplier. The contract supports a range of weapon system programs including the B-1B Bomber, F-14 Tomcat, P-3 Orion, WASP Class LHD, F-4 Phantom, sub acoustic sonar systems, PATRIOT missile launcher, and F-22 Raptor, among others. The contract is categorized as a Corporate Consumables Contract extension (Add-On #1), scheduled to run for an additional 5 years and 4 months with two distinct price redetermination periods to ensure pricing adjustments over its duration. Acquisition will proceed under the solicitation SPE7MX-21-D-0057, utilizing FAR Part 15 for negotiated procurement. The Department of Defense’s DLA Land and Maritime division in Columbus, Ohio, is responsible for administration, and the competition is limited since Raytheon Technologies is identified as the only approved source. No technical documentation or specifications are available from DLA Weapons Support, reinforcing the sole source nature of this acquisition. Interested parties must note there is no set-aside for smaller businesses, and all inquiries should be directed to Brooke Blankenship, the designated point of contact. Proposals are due by November 10, 2025.
