Full Description

A letter solicitation will be issued on or around July 31, 2018 for the repair of the 27 NSNs in the attachment. It is the Government's intent to use a letter solicitation format to the sole source Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), Northrop Grumman; therefore, if any non-OEM source is interested in the repair any of the NSNs in the attachment, please notify the Contracting Officer prior to the synopsis closing date. Non-OEM sources are required to provide documentation to show they are approved for this work on these particular NSNs. The negotiated terms and conditions from Solicitation SPE4AX18R0025 will be incorporated by reference. The proposed contract(s) will be for a total ten (10) year period of performance, inclusive of options. This is proposed to be a FAR 15 effort. The proposed contract(s) will be fixed price, Indefinite Quantity Contract. The attached list of NSNs are the items that have been identified for this current action.
