The U.S. Army Contracting Command - Rock Island is seeking to identify potential System for Award Management (SAM) Database registered business who have the capability to calibration and repair services for the DMF 200 CNC 5 Axis Mill Machine. This announcement is for information and planning purposes only and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government, implied or otherwise, to issue or award a contract. NO AWARD will be made from this Sources Sought Notice. This is NOT a request for proposal/ quote. Particularly, the purpose of this NOTICE is to gain knowledge of potential SAM Database register businesses interested and capable of performing this work.

DESCRIPTION OF WORK:


The vendor shall provide an analysis of the DMF 200 (Serial # 1582522464) CNC 5 Axis Milling Machine and determine the maintenance and repairs that need to be completed to make the DMF 200 Milling Machine function at the 100% level.



A complete report shall be included to list all Repairs, Maintenance and Parts needed. The report shall include total cost of parts, material and travel to complete all repairs on site at NSWC McAlester, OK. The completed repair will include all calibrations needed for a fully functional DMF 200.



All of the required support will occur ON-SITE at Destination and location listed below as needed.
