DNAP Scenic Rivers Interpretive Displays

The Ohio Department of Natural Resources, Division of Natural Areas and Preserves, is soliciting bids for the construction of three interactive interpretive displays for a mobile education trailer supporting the DNAP Scenic Rivers Program. The required deliverables include the Darby's Diner game board, the Riparian Interactive runoff display, and a Knowledge Check display. All proposals must be submitted via the OhioBuys portal. The successful contractor must adhere to DAS Standard Terms and Conditions, including compliance with accessibility standards, data residency requirements within the contiguous United States, and the provision of a production sample for custom items prior to final manufacturing. Deliveries are set as F.O.B. Destination to the ODNR facility in Columbus, Ohio, with a purchase order validity extending through June 30, 2027.
