THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY.
This Sources Sought Notice is for market research purposes only. This is NOT a Request for Quote (RFQ) or Request for Proposal (RFP), nor does it commit the Government to issue a solicitation or contract.
Any information provided in response to this notice is strictly voluntary. The Government is not committed nor obligated to pay for the information provided, and no basis for claims against the Government shall arise as result of a response to this notice.
REQUIREMENT:
The 36th Contracting Squadron is seeking information on the availability and capability of commercial vendors to provide document shredding services. See attached DRAFT Statement of Work for additional details.
SUBMISSION DETAILS:
Interested vendors are requested to submit capabilities statement of no more than five (5) pages in length. The deadline for responses to this request is no later than 19 August 2026 at 4:00 PM Chamorro Standard Time (ChST).
Capabilities statements should include:
- Company name, address, point of contact, email address, phone number, CAGE code and Unique Entity ID.
- Indicate if your company is currently registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) database. If not, indicate if it has been registered or if it plans to register. Contractors must be registered in SAM at time of bid/proposal due date. Please see https://sam.gov/portal/SAM/ for additional registration information.
- Business size and socio-economic classification (e.g. Small Business, 8(a), Women-owned, Hub Zone, Service-Disabled Veteran Owned, etc.).
- Any relevant GSA schedules or other contract vehicles.
- A narrative statement demonstrating the primary nature of your business and company’s capability to execute this requirement.
