Canada Border Service Agency (CBSA) is looking to establish a Request for Standing Offer (RFSO) for the service of secure records storage and destruction services for records (paper, media, etc.) up to the protected B level on an "as and when requested" basis. The work includes ancillary services related to the storage and destruction of records. The Offeror will provide services to CBSA in any or all of the following Regions: Atlantic (ATL), Quebec (QUE), National Capital (NCR), Greater Toronto Area (GTA), Southern Ontario (SOR), Northern Ontario (NOR), Prairie (PRA) and Pacific (PAC). Requirements include transportation services between the Offeror’s facility and multiple CBSA facilities in each Region. Boxes will be stored in the Offeror’s facilities under climate-controlled conditions. The Offeror must have an inventory and tracking system into which CBSA data on the containers/records will be uploaded and maintained by the Offeror and be accessible to CBSA users. The containers/records must be accessible to CBSA upon request and eligible for refile as required. The Offeror will also provide secure certified destruction services for the containers/records.
