DOH - INDEPENDENT LABORATORY AIR MONITORING ANALYSIS - PORTSMOUTH GASEOUS DIFFUSION PLANT

If you have already submitted your response, you are required to resubmit your bid in response to this amendment.Purpose and Background Department of Energy (DOE) has requested the Agency to perform, conduct and complete verification of the Air Monitoring Program at the Portsmouth Gaseous Diffusion Plant in Piketon, Ohio. The Ohio Department of Health (DOH) monitors will be placed next to the existing DOE air monitors. DOH employees will be handling the filters on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis. The Contractor must provide an appropriate laboratory to conduct an independent analysis and provide the results of its analysis to the Agency to ensure that DOE is providing accurate and reliable analytical data in DOE’s annual monitoring reports.

Please confirm whether Offerors should reproduce Part 1 – Scope of Work in its entirety and provide responses directly beneath each requirement/subsection.4.
