i. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested. ii. This solicitation document is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). When submitting an inquiry or quote, please use the reference number 1605DC-19-Q-00162. iii. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2019-02, effective May 6, 2019. iv. This requirement is available for other than full and open competition (no set-aside applies). The associated NAICS code is 423430 (Computer and Computer Peripheral Equipment and Software Merchant Wholesalers). v. This combined solicitation/synopsis is for the acquisition of DOL EBSA Accellion Annual Maintenance Renewal vi. Schedule: The quoter shall provide a quote for a time period of June 1, 2019 - May 31, 2019, as described in the RFQ Attachment. vii. The provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors - Commercial Items (OCT 2018), applies to this acquisition. (See https://www.acquisition.gov/browse/index/far). viii. FAR 52.212-2 Evaluation-Commercial Items (OCT 2014): The Government will award a single purchase order resulting from this solicitation to the responsible Quoter whose quote conforms to the solicitation and whose quote will be most advantageous to the Government, Lowest Price Technically Acceptable. Technical acceptability is based upon the Quoter's ability to provide the services requested by the Statement of Work (SOW) on the dates required by this solicitation. ix. FAR 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items (OCT 2018): The Offeror shall complete only paragraph (b) of this provision if the Offeror has completed the annual representations and certification electronically via the System for Award Management (SAM) website accessed through https://www.sam.gov/portal. If the Offeror has not completed the annual representations and certifications electronically, the Offeror shall complete only paragraphs (c) through (p) of this provision. x.
