DOL/OSHA CONSTRUCTION PROJECT DATA

The U.S. Department of Labor (DOL), Office of Procurement Services (OPS), Division III, has a contemplated requirement for the requirement of Construction Data Project, in support of the DOL, Occupational Safety & Health Administration (OSHA). This is a Sources Sought notice. The purpose of this Sources Sought notice is to seek and ascertain the capabilities of the Respondents to provide the stated requirement for OSHA. NAICS code will be 519130 and small business size standard of 500 employees. PSC R702. This is not a request for proposal. Responses to this notice are not considered offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. This request for Information is to search the marketplace for possible contractors who are interested in providing this type of services. Respondents should not submit any proprietary information when responding to this notice. Respondents should also note that the government will not return any information submitted in response to this notice. The Government is not responsible for any costs incurred by respondent's regarding any responses to this RFI. Interested parties who determine they can meet or exceed all of the requirements described in this notice are requested to submit, in writing, appropriate documentation, literature, brochures, and other pertinent information to demonstrate that the stated requirements can be fulfilled. Responses must include the following: Name and address of Business, point of contact, telephone number, email address, and Respondent's business size. The specific requirements are outlined on the attached Performance Work Statement. All interested Offerors may submit a description of their capabilities to meet all of the above requirements. All submitted statements are to be no longer than 10 pages. All responses are due as stated in this RFI.
