This is a sources sought notice for Market Research purposes ONLY.  This notice does not constitute a request for proposal, request for quote, or invitation for bid.  This notice does not constitute a commitment by the Government.  Responses in any form are not offers and the Government is under no obligation to award a contract as a result of this announcement.  No funds are available to pay for preparation of responses to this announcement.  Any information submitted by respondents to this technical description is strictly voluntary.  This information will be used to determine the availability of contractors capable of meeting the Government’s minimum requirements.  Telephone calls will not be accepted.  Any questions regarding this notice shall be submitted in writing. 



Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center Jacksonville (FLCJ) is seeking sources to determine if there are potentially qualified U.S Small Business Administration (SBA) certified 8(a), Service Disable Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), HUBZone Small Business, Women Owned Small Business (WOSB) and/or Small Business (SB) that are capable of providing administrative, logistical and training support services at the Naval School Explosive Ordnance Disposal (NSEOD), Eglin Air Force Base (AFB), FL, Naval Diving and Salvage Training Center (NDSTC), Naval Support Activity (NSA) Panama City, FL, and CEODD Detachment Great Lakes (CEODD DET GL), IL as described in the DRAFT Performance Work Statement (PWS) provided as an attachment.
