Domestic Lifts - SMR and Installs 2027

The Riverside Group Limited is seeking a Framework Agreement for the supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of domestic lifting equipment, as well as ongoing service, maintenance, and repairs. The contract is structured into four regional and functional lots: Lot 1 and Lot 3 cover the North and LCR regions for installations and maintenance respectively, while Lot 2 and Lot 4 cover the South, Central, and London regions for the same services. The total estimated value of the contract is 1,805,125 GBP including VAT. The agreement features an initial term of three years, starting May 1, 2027, with the client holding the sole option to extend for two additional one-year periods, potentially extending the term to May 1, 2032. The procurement follows an open procedure where awards are based on a weighted criteria of 60 percent quality and 40 percent price. To ensure business continuity, two suppliers will be appointed to each lot and ranked as primary and secondary; the primary contractor will receive all initial work, while the secondary supplier serves as a backup for increased volume or supplier failure. Each supplier is limited to a maximum of two lot awards. All work must comply with statutory regulations, manufacturer recommendations, and specific site requirements.
