AI Contract Overview
This solicitation is for the procurement of two weapon access doors under contract number SPE4A7-26-T-700S for the Department of Defense. The items must be produced using a metal casting process, which requires specific tooling. Technical specifications mandate precise datum alignments for the as-cast surface and a specific position width tolerance of .030 for the groove. Delivery is required within five days after receipt of order. Compliance requirements include CMMC Level 2 certification and adherence to DLA packaging and quality standards. Because the technical data is subject to ITAR or EAR export controls, contractors must have an approved US/Canada Joint Certification Program certification and complete required training to access the data. Sourcing and tooling assistance is available through the Aviation or Land and Maritime supply chain teams.
