Iowa State University of Science and Technology (ISU) is soliciting information from qualified contractors to establish contract pricing for a a three-year contract with the option to extend for two additional one year terms, for the purchase of hardware items such as doors, frames, door closers, panic hardware, door hinges, locks, stops, thresholds, weather-stripping and other hardware items. ISU is requesting vendors list a discount percentage next to each brand name, which would apply against the manufacturer’s list price resulting in a discounted cost to ISU. In addition, ISU is requesting vendors to include cost of installation of the hardware, doors and frames on two sample projects. The departments on campus who would utilize this contract are Facilities Planning & Management (FP&M), Department of Residence (DoR), and Dining Services.
