Full Description

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) has a requirement for the products contained in the enclosed request for quotation (RFQ). This RFQ is issued, and award will be made, in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13: Simplified Acquisition Procedures to the lowest priced technically acceptable offeror. The NRC anticipates awarding a firm fixed price purchase order as a result of this solicitation. Instructions to Quoters 1. Offerors are requested to provide the following information: A) Price Quotation Please provide pricing for the Dose-Guard E (Brand Name or Equal) personal electronic dosimeters and associated accessories in accordance with the Price Schedule (see Section A.2 PRICE/COST SCHEDULE of the attached solicitation). B) Warranty Information Please provide warranty information for the Dose-Guard E (Brand Name or Equal) personal electronic dosimeters. C) Offeror Representations and Certifications i) The quotation shall be signed, by an official authorized to bind your organization, and contain a statement indicating the period of time the quotation is in effect (not less than 60 days). ii) Please complete Section A.4 52.212-3 OFFEROR REPRESENTATIONS AND CERTIFICATIONS-- COMMERCIAL ITEMS (APR 2012). iii) Your organization is required to be registered in the Central Contractors Registration (CCR), www.ccr.gov. Please also provide the NRC with your DUNS Number______________. 2. This RFQ closes at 5:00 P.M. EST on Thursday, May 31, 2012. 3. Your organization's quotation should be submitted by e-mail to Jennifer.DeFino@nrc.gov. The NRC is not responsible for electronic difficulties and/or administrative problems associated with the transmission of any files to the NRC. 4.
