The Wyoming State Construction Department, Procurement Section, on behalf of the Wyoming Game and Fish Department (Procuring Agency) will receive bids until 1:00 p.m. Mountain Time on March 18, 2024, for one (1) double pre-cast concrete vault restroom at the Viva Naughton Public Access Area (PAA) located near Kemmerer, Wyoming. Project Description: This project will consist of the removal, construction, on-site delivery, excavation, off-loading, and placement of one double pre-cast concrete vault restroom at the Viva Naughton PAA. Only bids submitted through the Public Purchase site and on State of Wyoming forms will be considered. It is the bidder’s responsibility to review, through Public Purchase at www.publicpurchase.com for answers to questions, addenda, or bid tabulations. Telephone calls, emails, or faxes may not be accepted. Bidding questions shall be submitted on the Public Purchase website by 1:00 p.m. MT on March 4, 2024. All questions will be answered and provided to all prospective bidders via answers on the Public Purchase website or in the form of a written addendum posted on Public Purchase by 1:00 p.m. MT on March 11, 2024. Questions received after 1:00 p.m. Mountain Time on March 4, 2024, will not be addressed. It is the Contractor's responsibility (not required) to add their company to the Plan Holders and Contractors List.
