The Department of War Education Activity (DoWEA) intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order for warehouse and logistics support services in Okinawa, Japan. Services will support the DoWEA Pacific Region Office in Buildings 290 and 291 at Torii Station and the Pacific South District Office and schools located on Camps Kinser, McTureous, Foster, Lester, and Kadena Air Base.


The contractor shall provide all management, supervision, personnel, vehicles, forklifts, and other contractor-furnished resources necessary to perform warehouse operations, inventory management and accountability, stocking and storage, shipping and receiving, delivery and retrieval, property disposition, furniture assembly and movement, work-request management, and other authorized logistical support. Normal operating hours are 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. Federal holidays, with emergency or after-hours support required when authorized.
