Downtown Lincoln Master Plan Engagement

Scope: The City of Lincoln invites proposals from qualified planning and environmental consulting firms (Consultant) to develop and implement an engagement strategy supporting the Downtown Master Plan and Objective Design and Development Standards (DMP+ODDS) project. The goal is to enhance public engagement, specifically among disadvantaged and historically underrepresented stakeholders through community-based outreach and strategic coordination. This engagement effort is a critical component of the City’s alignment with the Sacramento Area Council of Governments (SACOG) Green Means Go initiative, which promotes infill development, affordable housing, sustainable transportation options, greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions, and revitalizing existing communities. The outreach efforts of this scope would supplement those of the DMP+ODDS to foster a more inclusive planning process and ensure that all community segments, including those historically not involved in such planning efforts, have a voice in the decision-making process.
