The Department of Public Health (hereinafter “City” or “DPH”) is issuing this Request for Proposals (hereinafter “RFP” or “Solicitation”) to seek Proposals (hereinafter "Proposals”) from experienced firms (hereinafter “Proposers”) to provide the City with a qualified staff to serve as Radiation Safety Officer to support safe, compliant, and effective use of ionizing radiation including, but not limited to, regulatory compliance activities, nuclear medicine program development, audits, personnel dosimetry oversight, training, documentation management, and consultation during regulatory inspections.
