DPS Gentex Alpha Eagle Flight Helmets with Integrated Components

This Request for Quotes (RFQ or Sourcing Event) is being issued to establish a contract with a qualified supplier who will meet the State Entity¿s needs as described in this Sourcing Event. This RFQ process will be conducted to gather and evaluate responses from supplier for potential award. All qualified suppliers are invited to participate by submitting responses, as further defined below. After evaluating all suppliers¿ responses received prior to the closing date of this Sourcing Event and resolution of any contract exceptions, the preliminary results of the RFQ process will be publicly announced, including the names of all participating suppliers and the evaluation results. Subject to the protest process, final contract award(s) will be publicly announced thereafter. The Georgia Department of Public Safety (DPS) is posting a bid for seven (7) Gentex Alpha Eagle flight helmets with integrated components. Goods shall be delivered no later than August 15, 2026. See line items for more detailed information. This is a sole-brand bid, no substitutions will be accepted. The price quoted must include all delivery/shipping/fuel surcharge and insurance fees. No additional charges will be allowed.  DPS Aviation is located at 960 Ben Epps Drive, Athens, GA 30605 Read the instructions carefully. Some documents are required to be completed and uploaded to the bid.  Make sure you are registered with the Department of Revenue and are current with any tax payments as this is part of being a responsible supplier to be awarded a bid. Suppliers must also be registered with the GA Secretary of State Office at https://sos.ga.gov/.  No bonds are required for this bid. Liability insurance in the amounts listed on the RFQ instruction document will be required. Immigration and security will be required because of install and painting. The Contractor should upload as a separate document any discounts for early payment.
